Bobath and Amser Justin Time...

2 of our directors have recently been getting very physical to raise money for local charities!

bobath Liam Giles competed in the Dragon Boat Race. His sterling performance secured first place and some much needed sponsorship money for Bobath.

amser logo Meanwhile, Elwyn Davies ran the Cardiff 10k in aid of Amser Justin Time. He is now training for the Cardiff half marathon!
