Spindogs Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to the website.
These websites are run by Spindogs. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website. For example, that means you should be able to:

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

- In a small number of places the background and foreground does not meet the required contrast ratio. This fails WCAG 1.4.3 – Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA)
- In some places images are lacking alternative text. This fails WCAG 1.1.1 – Non-text Content (Level A)
- There are a couple of instances where the heading levels increase by more than one. This fails WCAG 2.4.7 – Focus Visible (Level AA)
- A couple of of components which use interactive elements (links) do not include focus styles. This fails WCAG 2.4.7 – Focus Visible (Level AA)
- Videos which rely on pop-up to view, do not include an aria-label. This fails WCAG 2.4.4 – Link Purpose (In Context) (Level A)
- One of our components contains tooltip buttons and panels which do not have unique IDs. This fails WCAG 4.1.2 – Name, Role, Value (Level A)
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. You may come across PDFs on our website. Some of these PDFs may not be compliant with the accessibility standards.
Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.
