The business was founded by Mike Jones, who has worked for over twenty years in the financial and professional services sectors holding senior sales and marketing roles with several leading organisations including Ernst & Young and Tite & Lewis. Mike is well placed to assess the talent needs of law firms and career aspirations of successful lawyers as the first-ever sales director appointed by a law firm. In addition, Mike is founder of Intrinsic Values Limited, a consultancy which partners with professional services organisations to leverage business development opportunities, another client of Spindogs.
Spindogs worked closely with IV League’s consultant head of marketing, Helen Page, to deliver the project within a tight timeframe to allow IV League to maximise the opportunities of the New Year, a time when many of us consider our futures and career options. Helen comments,
