You may remember a little while back, we were shouting from the rooftops about one of our Senior .Net Developers, Nik Rimmington, being crowned an Umbraco MVP (most valued people… or person in the singular) for the second year in a row… well, he’s only gone and done it again!
This week, Umbraco announced their 2020 new and renewed MVP list and Nik’s outstanding contributions to the community have seen him secure the title for the third year running.
Here’s what Umbraco had to say:
“At the core of this community, we have the truly hardcore – the Umbraco MVPs. The ones that go the extra, extra mile in helping us further develop Umbraco and the Umbraco community.
Every year we celebrate as we reward new extraordinary contributors with this title as well as re-reward the ones who, year after year, keeps amaze us with their contributions. The 2020 MVPs are based in 12 countries across 3 continents and have contributed in a wide variety of ways: Core, Documentation, Packages, Forum discussions, Events organization, Speaking at events, Mentoring, Tutorials, Content creation, etc.”
We grabbed Nik (virtually, of course) to see how he’s feeling about nabbing the title again:
“I’m humbled to have had it renewed and honour to be in the company of great MVP’s, both old and new!”
