We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our bespoke applications team team. You will work alongside client-facing and delivery teams to ensure quality outputs across various projects. Your role will involve providing technical project support, conducting technical reviews, testing, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Review system efficiency and functionality for technical projects and support queries.
  • Suggest advancements within current technical stacks.
  • Own end-to-end quality control and testing.
  • Support PMs and AMs to drive quality output on projects.
  • Establish testing requirements with the Technical Director and Project Team Leads.
  • Champion the evidencing piece to support the communication of testing outputs.
  • Ensure appropriate QCs are completed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document and update specific deployment or QC processes within CRM.
  • Support onboarding of projects, including checklists and admin tasks.
  • Demonstrate quality flywheel measures and controls through reporting and data analysis.
  • Conduct full regression testing on technical projects.
  • Document requirements gathering to support the Solutions Architects
