We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our bespoke applications team team. You will work alongside client-facing and delivery teams to ensure quality outputs across various projects. Your role will involve providing technical project support, conducting technical reviews, testing, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Review system efficiency and functionality for technical projects and support queries.
- Suggest advancements within current technical stacks.
- Own end-to-end quality control and testing.
- Support PMs and AMs to drive quality output on projects.
- Establish testing requirements with the Technical Director and Project Team Leads.
- Champion the evidencing piece to support the communication of testing outputs.
- Ensure appropriate QCs are completed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document and update specific deployment or QC processes within CRM.
- Support onboarding of projects, including checklists and admin tasks.
- Demonstrate quality flywheel measures and controls through reporting and data analysis.
- Conduct full regression testing on technical projects.
- Document requirements gathering to support the Solutions Architects
