We delivered a WordPress website to consistently deliver a powerful impact to the user. The website uses flexible content blocks to create bespoke landing pages with ease for the college. At the start of the project, there was a full discovery process to establish the needs of the target audience. We spoke to undergraduates, postgraduate, alumni, staff and prospective students to establish their behaviour and needs attached to the new website. Following this process we conducted workshops, online surveys and interviews, and pulled together the findings to create a bespoke document of recommendations.
We focused on the three core user groups (applicants, students and alumni) when building the website to ensure users could find relevant content with ease, utilising clearly categorised side navigation to create a smooth user journey.
