As .NET Team Lead, Emma is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of talented developers – fostering a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages growth and high performance. Alongside her leadership duties, she ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet project requirements, are completed on time, and adhere to strong coding standards.
With 12 years in the tech industry – 11 of those focused on .NET development – she brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to every project she’s involved in.
She holds a Foundation Degree in Computing alongside a Level 5 apprenticeship and is currently studying for her MSc in Computing and Cyber Security, continuously building on her already impressive skill set.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, listening to music, and spending quality time with her husband and their four cats.
