Gareth qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young in the late 80’s and has since gained over 27 years’ experience working in both the private and public sectors. Gareth’s role involves helping to shape a vision for the company’s future, while developing the structures and disciplines to achieve it.

Gareth has a passion for fine wines, which was developed in his early teens when an uncle left him a wine scrapbook of the most memorable wines he drank. This scrapbook is now one of Gareth’s most treasured possessions.
