As a valued member of our support team, Jen’s role involves liaising with clients and helping find solutions to all of their queries, no matter how complex. With over five years of experience in a support role and three years as a graphic designer, she has the necessary experience within both creative and customer service environments to be able to maintain good communication and deal with queries as efficiently as possible.
Motivated, helpful and friendly, Jen enjoys working within a creative environment which utilises her skills from previous roles to provide creative solutions to complex problems.
During her time in America, Jen spent 2 years working at Disney World Orlando, Florida (!!!) and also got really into ice hockey, so she is now looking forward to watching the Cardiff Devils play!
