Rhys is our creative manager with over 10 years of experience in user-centric design. He is passionate about creating usable, engaging, and visually creative products for both clients and their end users. With experience in visual identity, user interface design, and user experience (UX).
Rhys leads the design team, ensuring we take clients on a journey of discovery, challenging them to think differently about their business and how it can be communicated through design. The result is bespoke solutions that are both true reflections of the business and solve the problems presented.
Rhys also leads the creative exploration in discovery. He conducts interactive session to analyse the visual elements of organisation’s brand applications, page hierarchies, and layouts. Working in collaboration with the wider discovery team then brings these findings together to create wireframes and make recommendations on how to use identity elements, content blocks and specific functionality in a web environment.
