Ross joins our Development team as a .Net Developer, bringing with him over a decade of experience!
His greatest achievement in this time has been building the campaign platform for the Red Cross Syria appeal in 2013, as part of the DEC campaign which raised 27 million pounds for victims of the ongoing civil war.
From Telecoms, to Charities and Education, on to Marketing, Banking and Logistics, Ross has applied his skills to a myriad of problems but says that at the end of the day, it all comes down to making lives easier.
He’s a self-proclaimed expert at getting rid of “fluff”, that boring day to day stuff that stops people from doing their best work!
His favourite part of his role is to take a brief and turn it into something that not only does the job but makes the client wonder how they ever lived without it! And says that seeing his creations being released into the wild is always a pleasure.
Ross describes himself as open, friendly and caffeine-fuelled… along with the rest of the Spindogs gang!
In his spare time, he calls himself a hobbyholic, which essentially means he’s got waaay too many secret projects going on... This includes but isn’t limited to; Carpentry, PC modding, electronics, 3D printing, sculpting, airbrush painting and more.
He’s currently using almost all of the above to build a table, with an inlaid LCD screen, carved inlays, controllable RGB lighting and various storage compartments which we’re hoping is going to make an appearance in the staff room sometime soon…
