In his role as Project Manager, Scott is dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery of projects, balancing on-time completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. With a meticulous approach to planning, coordination, and communication, Scott strives to provide an exceptional experience for clients at every stage of a project.
Scott’s extensive responsibilities include client communication, team coordination, project planning, budget and risk management, quality assurance, scope management, and reporting. His expertise ensures that projects are executed efficiently, meeting both organisational goals and client expectations.
With over 11 years of experience as a project manager and an impressive 13 years of industry experience in agency settings, Scott has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Welsh Government, Careers Wales, Cabinet Office, ORX, and The Pharmaceutical Journal. Prior to his project management career, Scott spent 16 years in the consumer electronics industry, amassing a total of 29 years of delivery experience.
Scott’s educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, which complements his hands-on expertise.
Outside of work, he is passionate about cycling, hiking, and football, and he actively contributes to his community through involvement in the Scouts.
