In his role as Customer Engagement Manager, Sean is the bridge between clients and the delivery team, ensuring that every project starts with a clear vision and the right strategy. He works closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, shaping tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. Collaborating with internal Solution Architects and delivery teams, Sean ensures accurate project scoping and quoting, while also playing a key role in shaping the company’s marketing presence and social media output. His expertise extends beyond the office, as he frequently attends and speaks at industry events.

With 16 years of industry experience, Sean has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Hyundai, Transport for Wales/Traveline, Designplan Lighting, Kingston Technology, and CADW. His deep understanding of client needs and his ability to translate them into effective digital solutions make him a vital part of the team.

Sean holds a BA in Creative Multimedia, combining his technical knowledge with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Outside of work, his passions revolve around family, food, films, travel, and music. Whether it’s exploring new cultures, trying exciting cuisines, or keeping busy with his kids on weekend adventures, Sean embraces every opportunity to experience something new.
