The Brief

The client needed a new website and had held a number of UX workshops internally before going ahead with any design.

The original site was about to become unsupported and was unstable, they needed more reliability and wanted a fresh new design that was more in keeping with their new brand, improved user journeys and to encourage membership signups.

The Solution

We reviewed the clients designs and made some recommendations based on our expertise, we took them through the user journeys and built the website based on the brief that they had provided, migrating over to AWS hosing once live.

We also followed up with SEO services for the client who wanted to increase their visibility online.

The project differed to the usual process at Spindogs due to its heavily collaborative process with the client. The client had their own in-house team of specialists who worked along side the project every step of the way, from taking our advice on design (rather than Spindogs taking creative lead) to ensuring a premium quality product was produced by both parties.
