Using video content to market legal services.


Working with innovative legal service Gateway2Law, video content was used to promote the innovative service to potential users, and to provide tailored legal advice at various points throughout the customer journey.


With significant changes in the legal sector in 2013 the challenge was to launch a new legal service solution to meet the heightened level of competition.

Working with Fairhill Online, the challenge was to understand Gateway2Law’s users allowing us to create a brand experience that resonated with them. With a potentially complex customer journey, it was important that the solution simplified the process of obtaining a bespoke legal service quotation, while maximising the sales conversion.


We put the customer at the heart of the brand development process, building on our knowledge and understanding of the customer to create a compelling web experience and to develop online video content that would engage the customer throughout the user journey.


Gateway2Law was launched with success in 2014. The service has enabled an established legal firm to engage hard to reach consumer groups and also generate sales opportunities with large corporations.Gateway2Law has been nominated for a technical innovation award.
