Nuaire’s current website and systems had not kept pace with the growth of the company. They felt that the whole customer experience was incredibly clunky and didn’t support their aspirations of a digital-first, customer-centric business. There was no integration between the previous website and their CRM, making it tricky to use internally, and it simply did not reflect the direction of the business.
Nuaire wanted to gain ground in the digital space and set themselves apart from the competition with a new website that really reflected who they were and what they could provide, especially highlighting their international offering.
We redesigned the new Nuaire website in line with the objectives outlined in their proposal whilst giving it a fresh new look which complimented their rebrand. The new site also created more flexibility when it came to adding content as this was increasingly becoming a way that customers were finding them.
One of the more technical aspects of the build was incorporating the download features of info.nuaire.co.uk onto the main Nuaire website. We added in a dedicated downloads library, meaning a more seamless user journey, given that users do not have to leave the Nuaire website in order to find and download product literature and pdfs.
