Claire has been at Spindogs for over 13 years and in that time developed both our client service offering and our people-based procedures and initiatives. From 2024 Claire will working with us in a consultant capacity, working with the senior leadership team to support both our client experience and talent retention efforts.
The Spindogs’ experience refers to both the experience our clients have when working with us and the experience the team has in their everyday working life, and Claire is passionate about both. In her new capacity as a consultant to Spindogs Claire will identify and nurture opportunities to get the best out of our teams, in turn getting the best results for our clients and partners.
In addition to a Journalism, Film and Broadcasting degree from Cardiff University, Claire has previously held a range of titles, including Chair of Grŵp, Trustee of the Motivation & Learning Trust, Chair of the Volunteer Committee for the Tenovus Annual Ball and a Board Member for CIM Wales.
