Here at Spindogs we have been closely following guidance from the government with regards to COVID-19 and we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to protect our staff, clients and suppliers.
Our duty of care to our team and our community means that we are fully supporting the Government’s social distancing strategy. We hope that you understand this.
We took the decision on Monday the 16th at 12 pm to cease all work-related travel, switch to virtual meetings and ask all 60 people within the team to work from home with effect from this morning. We have therefore closed our Cardiff office until further notice, however, we are still fully operational and contactable via email or phone.
As a business, we have always worked hard to ensure that we have a robust remote working capability. In fact, we tested our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in December by asking our entire organisation to work remotely to prove that we could still successfully support all of our customers during a week-long exercise. Little did we know at the time just how valuable that exercise would prove to be as we are now confident that we can operate in a fully remote manner for the medium to long term.
For us, it is business as usual, just in a different way. We have customers to support, projects to deliver and bills to pay. Our team will do all that they can to not let you down at this difficult time for us all.
