My first week at Spindogs was a real eye opener to working in a digital agency. The office is a hive of activity and after working as an in house designer before; I was really struck by the sheer amount of projects going on simultaneously, with everyone knowing their role in each.
Having met a few of the Spindogs team before, I was made to feel very at home. This also meant I was thrown in the deep end from the off and had a pretty steep learning curve to tackle, it ‘s been brilliant! I’ve learnt so much in my first week and already feel like a better designer for it.
Everyone has been extremely supportive and I already feel part of the team, I even have my name on a mug!
