Should I be using video for my business?

However small or large your business is, customers like to be able to see who they are dealing with and by introducing key members of the team you are putting potential customers at ease, making them more likely to pick up the phone or pop in to find out more.

3)      Informative ease

Unfortunately people don’t have as much time as they would like to read a long blog of written text, however clicking play is very easy.  Video uses both sight and hearing to engage viewers and combining these two senses makes it very easy for viewers to absorb the information, furthermore, this information is more easily recalled at a later date when making the purchasing decision.
