We’re a full-service digital partner looking to add to our brilliant team with the recruitment of a Paid Advertising Specialist.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to achieve client objectives and drive results. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective campaign strategies, execute campaigns, and analyse key performance metrics. You must have a strong understanding of digital advertising principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in using ad management platforms and analytics tools. You will also have a sound grasp and knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to help inform and carry out deliverables across accounts.

You will be working on multiple projects at once and should be comfortable with a changeable workload and be able to organise and prioritise accordingly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to meet client objectives and drive results
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise bidding, targeting, and ad creatives to maximise ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Utilise audience targeting and segmentation techniques to reach the right audience with tailored messaging
  • Identify new audience opportunities and refine targeting strategies based on performance data
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and performance
  • Provide budget recommendations based on campaign objectives and performance metrics
  • Generate and help to inform regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Assisting and informing other digital marketing activity across accounts including email and SEO
  • Liaising with clients on weekly or monthly calls and leading both internal and external training sessions

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other relevant platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Proficient in campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Passion for clients, results and online excellence – with a good knowledge of emerging trends
  • Being a real team player and being able to collaborate is a must
  • Have very strong organisation skills, as well as being able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail
