Claire’s role as Director of Client Services includes overseeing the client-facing aspects of our business and making sure Spindogs consistently provides an incredible customer experience, both online and offline.

With over 14 years’ experience managing a variety of client accounts, Claire has mastered the ability to effectively assess how we interact with clients and make improvements where needed to assure we maintain the exceptional service quality Spindogs is known for.

Claire has worked with clients in a range of spheres, from education and training to transport, to identify new and exciting ways they can engage with their customers. Notable projects include Atlantic College, ACT Training, Traveline Cymru and Cardiff Airport.

In addition to a Journalism, Film and Broadcasting degree from Cardiff University, Claire has previously held a range of titles, including Chair of Grŵp, Trustee of the Motivation & Learning Trust, Chair of the Volunteer Committee for the Tenovus Annual Ball and a Board Member for CIM Wales, all of which are a testament to her networking skills and her importance as a well-known figure in the business community.
