As a Client Support Representative, Hannah works closely with our clients to help bring their ideas to life – bridging the gap between their goals and our delivery teams to achieve results. While she specialises in .NET and has some experience with Kentico, she is mostly involved with our Umbraco clients. Hannah helps manage queries, schedule small projects, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish. For her, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is building relationships and watching our clients’ objectives take shape.
Hannah has been part of Spindogs since July 2023 and has around three years of operations experience under her belt. She has enjoyed working on NHS projects and PHS, and recently started working more closely with one of our Kentico clients. Hannah is also heavily involved in our sustainability initiatives, which is something she is particularly excited about.
Outside of work, Hannah loves being creative – drawing and painting are her go-to ways to unwind. She also enjoys reading, bird watching, cooking, and heading off to explore the rural beauty of Wales. And if there’s a pub quiz going, she is always up for joining… even if she doesn’t win!
