May’s been a great mix of productivity and fun at the Spindogs HQ. We’ve landed two new website sign-ups, welcomed another new Frontend Developer, had seven website launches, released a new White Paper, hosted six events (phew!), held an internal Eurovision party and celebrated two new Kentico Certified Developers… all in a months’ work as they say!

Our marketing team (Emily & Leila) have been busy bees with events this month, and there’s plenty more in the pipeline!
One for work
We hosted an event in collaboration with the DMA on Brexit & GDPR: Making privacy a brand asset, with speaker Zach Thornton at the Principality Stadium. As if one talk wasn’t enough, we immediately whisked Zach off to speak again for a web audience back at the HQ, not before a bacon sarnie of course…
One for play
We had the lovely Athena from Meticulous Ink in to teach a few of us and some of our clients the calligraphy ropes, naturally, we decided a touch of Prosecco and some snacks were essential to compliment all the hard work…
Social media
Each month, our entire office sits in fear waiting to hear who will be summoned to appear on the IGTV. This month, it fell on our amazing Support team and they SMASHED it!
They talked us through The Benefits of In-house Support and if you’re not up to date, you can catch it here.
We also decided to try going live on Instagram for our Brexit & GDPR event which proved to be a brilliant way for our following to keep up-to-date with the really informative talk from the DMA.

You may have heard us mention it once or twice but we released our second white paper with a focus on Online Marketing: Creating a Powerful Online Marketing Strategy.

DON’T PANIC!
In true Spindogs style, we managed to squeeze in a little fun too…
Eurovision was the perfect excuse to celebrate with a bit of grub and a lunchtime get together.
Without his consent, we pitted Senior Account Manager, Luke, against Marketing Manager, Emily’s dog Lola in a “who wore it better?” competition featuring some of our client, Burns, merch. We won’t put him through the humiliation again with an actual vote, but we’ll let you guess the outcome…
