Putting your needs at the forefront is our priority- it’s all about you. Your specific requirements, your preferred access, and how you want to be supported play a crucial role in determining your perfect plan.
- For those who need dedicated support time each month for minor adjustments and tweaks, the Core plan is your ideal choice, providing 2 hours of personalised support every month.
- For those who prioritise extra security and seek peace of mind knowing their website operates effectively without vulnerability to security, our Advanced option complete with quarterly vulnerability reports, bi-monthly WordPress updates, and 4 hours of dedicated support time is the perfect choice.
- For those who want the ultimate support experience, the all-inclusive package featuring the fastest response time, 6 hours of dedicated support, monthly vulnerability reports, health and marketing performance monitoring, as well as weekly WordPress and plugin updates, Premium ticks all the boxes for you.

When you are ready to confirm which package is right for you and your website please send us an email at [email protected] and we can start the ball rolling.
Our packages are billed monthly or annually, meaning you can spread the cost or purchase at a time that’s right for you.
To set up your subscription we will use GoCardless as our trusted payment gateway provider. You will be required to make payment through a payment link on your invoice or by setting up a Direct Debit which saves you time by automatically making payment monthly.
If you choose a Hosting Only plan we’ll still be on hand to help should you need us, giving you the flexibility to purchase pay as you go (PAYG) hours to deliver any changes you need. If you’re on a particular plan and you run out of support, you’ll also be able to purchase more time at any point.
We have a dedicated customer portal where you will be able to manage your subscription, settle invoices, update your information and much more. You will receive an invite to the portal, after which you can log in and access your subscription specifics.
